Stage Set For A Classic Crop Over Final

It was a return to the old times when the Banks /LIME Pic-O-De Crop Semi-final was staged at the National Stadium last evening. (Friday 23rd July) Several patrons were heard endorsing the NCF’s move to take the event back to what they deemed ‘the home of the Pic-O-De Crop’.

Cave Shepherd All Stars and Digicel Big Show each landed 4 of their Calypsonians in the semi-finals and in an unprecedented feat the two tents will feature all of their representatives in the final. Add to these eight Blood of the Headliners Calypso Tent and the reigning Monarch Red Plastic Bag from the Digicel Big Show.
